Professional Care
CenterPointe’s clients receive the highest level of professional care. They are treated by compassionate professionals who specialize in treating children and adolescents with behavioral problems and mental health needs. CenterPointe’s professionals are specifically trained to work with children, having received didactic training in current research and treatment modalities relating to children, in addition to their extensive “real-life” experience treating children, adolescents and their families.
Our professional care is evidenced by:
- An initial diagnostic evaluation which guides the child’s treatment is administered by a professional.
- A board certified medical doctor monitors medications used to help stabilize mental health issues.
- Master’s-level therapists meet with the child and their family weekly to discover the causes of their presenting issues and to help clients learn to manage their behaviors.
- Bachelor’s-level professionals meet with the child and their family throughout the week to teach and reinforce skills outlined in the treatment plan.
