Clinician

We are enthusiastically looking for energetic recent social work graduate students to join our Team! We offer a clinic where our clinicians experience professional growth while having the flexibility to meet their personal needs.

Our supportive staff helps new graduates develop their clinical skills while continuing to work towards reaching their professional goals. We offer clinical experience working primarily with children, adolescents, and their families, but will gain experience working with individuals of all ages.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide appropriate evidence-based psychotherapy with individuals and families
  • Provides direct care to clients in an office setting
  • Conduct intakes and create an individualized comprehensive diagnostic assessment
  • Develop appropriate goal-focused treatment plans containing measurable goals and objectives; obtaining client and others (guardians, family members, etc.) input as appropriate
  • Provide clinical consultation to other professionals
  • Maintain communication as needed with external treatment teams and professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely client files and ensure records comply HIPAA laws
  • Document all meetings and calls with consumers, family members, and providers in the EHR system
  • Complete daily billing
  • Abide by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics, Child Protection and Adult Protection Code
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed (State of Idaho) master’s level social worker (LMSW)
  • Passion to work with children, adolescents, and families
  • Familiarity and comfort working with issues related to mental health diagnosis
  • Strong interpersonal, written, oral communication, and computer skills.

Schedule:

  • Part-Time
  • Full-Time as available
  • Monday to Friday with availability on Saturday as needed
  • Flexibility is essential

Compensation:

  • Starting wage: $25 per hour
  • Compensation range: $25-$28 per hour
